The GFG Guide to Core Values
Why they matter + a list to help you choose yours
In our coaching sessions, I’ll often ask you to identify your core values as one of our first tasks.
Why? Because your values are your internal compass. They guide how fulfilled you feel, how you make decisions, choose relationships, and spend your energy. If you’re not clear on them, it’s easy to drift into situations that drain you or make you feel melancholy, stuck, or confused.
When you know your values, you can ask yourself in any situation:
“Is this aligned with who I am and what I stand for?”
