Personal Development advice too vague? Here's the Solution.
The Personal Development space is actually HURTING your Growth.
Let me explain:
Okay, first off, don't get me wrong- I love the personal development space as much as the next guy. But honestly, I've always felt frustrated by how VAGUE the advice can be.
"Just trust the process"
"Focus on self-love"
"Rewire your brain"
Like c'mon... what does that even MEAN?!
From my experience, the space if FULL of theory, but lacks long-term application that is actually sustainable.
And honestly, I couldn't take it anymore. So, I naturally just did the most normal, average, and humanly logical thing as a result...
I made it my MISSION to become the trailblazer and REVOLUTIONIZE the personal development space!!! cue the superhero music
So, I went to school and attained my Master's in Applied Behaviour Analysis. And if you know anything about this field, you know that 90% of the jobs in this space work with children diagnosed with Autism.
I went on to work with the kiddos for six years, and honestly- it was absolutely incredible. I was able to reduce the MOST challenging behaviours of dozens of children with Autism, to the point where parents would regularly get emotional because of how much I've changed their family's life. It was something I will always cherish.
But, with all this experience and success over the years, my initial mission still remained in the back of my mind.
And then, the question hit me:
"If I can reliably assess, collect data, and create an intervention to stop a child from throwing tantrums, how could I use that same science to change people's mindsets?"
THAT was the question I needed to answer.
So, like any serial entrepreneur would do, I changed my 8:00am alarm to 3:00am, and dedicated every possible free moment of my time to making this happen. Then, after 3 weeks of potentially instilling an overly obsessive attachment style into my cat because of how much I was at home, it finally happened...
The Quantum Mindset Shifting Coaching program was born.
I spent my heart and soul creating this program brick-by-brick, using the practical application from my degree, whilst also ensuring it is highly individualized to each and every client's areas of need.
I have helped millions of women's across the globe with their mindset, and now, I'm able to rewire them for GOOD.
If you’re curious about this approach, I’m always happy to share more. And if you're located in Toronto, shoot me a message and we can see if in-person group coaching would be a good fit for you.
And now as I part with you and let you scroll onto the next guy, I leave you with this:
Make sure to follow your calling. The World will thank you.
And if that personal development advice feels too vague... you may want to reach out to me for some coaching.
With love,
Alicia Tghlian
